Parking sensors not showing up on screen?

Hi, when put to reverse the visual of the sensors doesn't pop up on the screen. I can still hear the beeping. Any idea do i have to have audi parkingsystem plus or something to that to show up? I tried to search from settings but didn't find anyting.

Yep, this sounds like the vehicle electrical system control module has gone out but to be sure we need to do a CAN scan, here is a video to show you how.
