Parking lights stay on after key cycled off?

Causing a battery drain.

Hi,

There are three possible causes. First, there is a short to power allowing power to constantly reach the circuit. Second, the headlamp switch is faulty. And last, the park lamp relay has failed.

So, the easiest thing to check first is the relay. The parking lamp relay is in the body fuse box (below the left front seat). Remove that relay and switch it with a different one having the same part number to see if the lights turn off.
