Parking lights out after accidentally grounding out license plate light

I accidentally grounded out the license plate light wire on the bumper and now have no parking lights. I do have brake, turn, hazard, and headlights. Fuses under the hood all look good. Looking for the cause and how to repair myself if possible. Thanks

Check the fuses inside the cab. The cover is on the left side of the dash. It can only be seen when the driver's door is open.
