parking brake assembly

trying to install new shoes and hardware. someone has all ready taken them off. nothing there.

I am making an assumption here that this is a Wrangler as you did not give model. picture shows assembled parts if no brake parts on parking brake you will also need a hardware kit which should have everything you will need plus shoes to assemble it. be aware however that the parking brake cable may be frozen to begin with and possibly why it was removed.
