Parking lights not working

Hi,
I have a 2008 Toyota Corrola Altis Professional and the park lights at times they work and at times they don't work. What could be the problem?? I also have a problem with the A/C, it only works when it is summer and in winter heater doesn't work. what could be the problem?

We must handle one problem per thread this one will be for the parking light issue please re-post the AC problem on a new question. It sounds like you have a taillight relay that is weak and needs to be replaced. To confirm here is a guide to help check it with the location of the relay and running light wiring diagrams so you can see how the lighting system works below:
