when i turn on my bright light it melts the plastic on the fuse that controls it, and it also melts the wire that is connected to that same fuse.

The fuse isn't blowing? Are you sure it is the correct amperage fuse? Have you checked for shorts?

no the fuse isn't blowing, the plastic on it just melt and the wire get hot. if there was a shorts wouldnt it blow the fuse?
can the watt of the bulbs cause it?

Yes, the fuse should blow not melt. You must have a short at some point if the wiring is getting that hot. Have you changed the lights to something aftermarket?

am using a bulb that they call super white it kind a blue looking. its 100 watt

I believe the OEM bulbs are around 55 watts. I never heard of the ones you have. However, switch them back to the original ones and see if the problem goes away. I have a feeling it will. Let me know what you find.

Let me know what happens. Keep in mind, if the wiring was getting hot, something could have melted and is now shorting. Also, make sure you have the correct amperage fuse.
