Park assist and Radion not working after battery change

Just changed for a new battery. Ordered from Cadillac so assume its correct. Since I changed it my park assist does not work. One red light holds steady. A message comes up on the dash which reads automatic park assist off. The radio comes on but no sound comes out of it. can change channels but hear nothing. SAme with CD player.

What is causing this to happen

It probably needs to be calculated again after the power loss. Your owners manual should explain how to do that.

You will have to reset radio with a code probably check your manual on how to do it if you don't have the code try the last 4 digits of vin for park assist have a pro scanit it may just need to be reset or there may be aproblem with something.
