Taillights are not working

They do not come on when put on park light position, when knob is pulled out only headlights work. Stem is new switch is new pig tail is new same problem.

Check fuse # 9, the instrument panel fuse. If it is okay, check for 12 volts on both sides of it. If you have 12 volts there, check for 12 volts on the tan / white wire at the head light switch. If you have it there, turn the switch on, then check for 12 volts on the brown wire.
