No, the harness is in the center console. I did remove the fuse and the battery is holding up now of course the radio does not work.

Okay, unplug the radio and install the fuse and see if it still happens.

I have taken the radio out and put the amplifier fuse back in and after letting everything go to sleep I am not seeing and voltage drain on the amplifier fuse. What would be the next thing to do.

If the fuse is holding, turn the key on and see if the fuse fails.
if it does, then unplug the amp and retest.
if the fuse holds, the radio is the issue.

The fuses have not been failing. It was just killing the battery when the fuse was in place for the amplifier.

It sounds like the radio is the draw if it stopped after removing it from the car.
