I have drained battery no AAA. Roomate has a Panasonic 5 m in garage. can i use it to start and drive to AutoZone? will it hurt my car?

That is a little bitty battery! About like the one in the emergency exit sign at work.

You would be better off flagging someone down for a jump start.
