Scanner pid temperature specifications for Intake air temperature sensor?

I was checking the intake air temperature pids on my scanner and the temperature read 127 Fahrenheit when it was 95 outside and it read 95 in the car is 127 f normal for a car at if it's if it's 32 degrees off.

It could be off 30 degrees because the under-hood temperatures are higher than outside temperature when the car is sitting still, then can change once the car is in motion. You can try to change the sensor out to see if the reading changes. Here is the location in the images below. The air temperature sensor is interrogated into the MAF sensor.
