Code P2769?

I have rebuilt the transmission with new clutches and TCC solenoid and torque converter.

Hi,

The code you have is specific to the TCC, which I believe you are already aware of. It doesn't appear to be the TCC, but instead, it indicated there is an open circuit or a short to ground when the TCC is commanded on.

So, anytime I have both possibilities (open or shorted) I always start by checking connector ends to make sure there are no pins crossed shorting, or damaged and not making contact. In this case, it will be between the TCM (trans control module) and the TCC.

Have you done this yet? If not, start with this. If you find everything appears to be in good condition, then we need to start checking via the schematics.
