P2627 code pops on

P2627 comes on for the check engine light. I have already changed 02 sensors. I am stuck and need a little advice.

Hello. Here is all of the information that I have on P2627. It is essentially that the signal voltage from Bank 1 Sensor 1 is low/nonexistent. It would probably behoove you to take a close look at the wiring for it, including running continuity tests to see if there is a short circuit somewhere. You might also swap the sensors around (bank 1 sensor 1 and bank 2 sensor 1) to rule out the possibility of a dud of a sensor. It is rare that sensors come bad straight out of the box, but it does happen.
