Codes P2432 and p050b

Engine started running rough very little throttle response. Lightning bolt came on plus p0171 code, I assume limp mode. Replaced mass airflow by air cleaner then set a new code p2432 symptoms never changed checked relay, airflow sensor and air pump everything checks out good all wiring is good now its setting a p050b code as well I assume in relation.
there is no power after relay going to pump after start up so air pump is not coming on but there is power going to relay.

Can you please check fuse 26 in the TIPM?

I have attached a fuse diagram and description of TIPM location.

A guide below will run you through testing the fuse.
