I replaced the PCM with a used one and it worked fine for a while. Now I'm getting p0106 and similar symptoms.

The P0106 code indicates a problem with the Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor. So, I would check the electrical connector and if it is okay I would replace the sensor. Also look around for leaks in the intake tube which can cause the code as well. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

My car also has one before the throttle body. How do I know which one is bad? I measure kpa and volts on the sensor with my scanner they move up and down with throttle, but the RPMs starts to go down too much sometimes.

I think what you are looking at is the turbo boost sensor. The MAP sensor will have four wires going to it. Also, like I said, if there is a leak in the intake or turbo air tubes it will have this code.

Even after replacing the MAP sensor and PCM, I'm still getting the p2227 code.

Is there any reason the p2777 code would come back after a few thousand km after PCM was replaced? I replaced the MAP sensor with an OEM one still have same problem. I'm getting a 99-100kpa reading which is right, but I still am getting stalling.

P2227: Barometric Pressure Sensor "A" Circuit Range/Performance. So the stalling has something to do with it and these sensor codes, I would inspect the turbo tubing and boots to see if there is a tear or hole somewhere in the system, this is why these codes keep coming up, also, if the turbo is bad it can leak exhaust into the intake system. The turbocharger wastegate actuator can be stuck open as well, does the engine seem to have good power like before these codes popped up? Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.

I checked the turbo tubing no holes at all. I had to replace the turbo and air intake temperature sensor. Now I'm no longer getting a p0420 code but the same p2227 code I was getting before replacing the PCM.

You never mentioned the p0420 code before? The baro sensor is integrated into the PCM. So, something is leaking in the turbo tubing/intercooler or the PCM is bad, but I would check the air filter as well. If it is plugged it can cause this issue. Can I ask why the turbo was replaced and did you clear the codes once the repairs were completed?

Yep, that will do it and cause the code number you have now, did you try clearing it?

There must be something leaking in the turbo tubing which will cause the baro code. Does the engine have good power now?

Vacuum leaks: A vacuum leak can cause the engine to struggle with pressure measurement, affecting the BARO sensor readings.

Please use this guide when the engine is cold only:
