I got a P219A code that came up and there are no other codes. I’ve heard it could be many different things. The vehicle runs and drives great, so there are no symptoms of where to look. Where would you recommend, I start at? Appreciate you guys.

P219A is a bank one mixture imbalance. Basically, it means that the system is detecting that one or more cylinders aren't burning correctly based on the way the engine reacts when that cylinder fires. While it can be multiple things, with this being a 4 cylinder it helps some. If your scan tool can read the live data, you can actually look at the cylinder's mixture adaptation in the cylinder (adaptive multicylinder fuel trims) That would tell you which cylinder has the problem. Then you can test it. Without that testing gets to be a mess. You would start with a compression test, then a leak down test. Those would at least tell you that is or isn't compression or leaking valves. Do a vacuum leak test along the manifold and fuel rail and listen for changes, that would point to an intake or fuel injector letting air in. After that you could do an injector flow test using a pulse tool to fire the injectors while watching the fuel pressure.
There are a few videos on that online, these links will at least get you started.

Apologies for the late reply. I cleared the code and it has not come back so far. If it does, then I will look into it. Thank you so much for your help. I greatly appreciate appreciate it.

Could have been a sticky injector or momentary issue that cleared up. If it doesn't come back, it would be good. Thanks for the reply. Many times, we hear nothing back and that doesn't help anyone who searches our site.
