P1750 code?

144,000 MILES • VR6 • 2WD • AUTOMATIC

My check engine light came on, so i took it to AutoZone to get checked and a P1750 code came out says it's a A/T Shift, Pressure or Damper Clutch Solenoid Fault. my question is, what is that? Can it be fixed? Can I still drive it?
