Keeps throwing a p1744 code?

Keeps throwing a p1744 code but put in a brand-new heavy-duty torque converter. No issues while driving that I can tell. No hard shifts or anything.

So this means the Torque Converter Clutch is not working, typically the control solenoid needs to be replaced.

P1744 - Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) System Stuck in Off Position

The solenoid is located on the valve body with the vio/yel wire going to it. Here is what I am talking about. Check out the images (below).
