P1441 evap system flow during non purge

Truck is missing and backfiring while in drive or reverse or under a load. Our solus pro scanner found this code p1441. Need to know what is wrong and how to fix it. Thanks.

that is evap system purge is flowing when it shouldn't check canister purge solenoid for being open. also check fuel pressure then basic engine checks. may be a bent pushrod.or ignition problem.
