Transmission shift solenoids replaced (dash still says service transmission urgent)

She drove the car for a day, and called me said that it wouldn't break 18 mph, and it wouldn't rev any higher than 3,000 rpm.

I am wondering if the 1601/1603 tips/IAC code would be causing the 0751 shift solenoid a code.

Don't want her to spend $670 at the dealer for a new throttle body and have it still be stuck in limp home mode.

Sorry to say this but those GM transmissions are very bad. That code is more likely for an internal fault with the transmission. Would have replaced the transmission with that kind of mileage on the car. The other codes are for a bad throttle as well. Make sure charging system is good and try a throttle clean. Usually a bad throttle will cause idle to surge up and down and no throttle responce.
