When driving first and second gear are fine no check engine light. When it’s time to shift to third the clutch is engaged (automatic transmission) but will not shift in to third. Rpm's go up but does not shift. Then goes down to second gear and check engine light comes on. Codes P0733 and p1790 p0700 and stays in limp mode. Is this an electrical or mechanical issues? How can I fix this? Thank you in advance

Good morning,
Both codes indicate gear ratio issues internally. That means the clutches are slipping inside the transmission.
The issue is mechanical and most likely you will need to rebuild, replace with a used or new unit.

Thank you. I have read many cases where a new transmission does not fix this problem. Is there any way to test if the harnest set the connect to the 2 speed censor and solenoid pack are good. I have seen the harnest set for sale on eBay for all 3 connection.

You would need an advanced scan tool to read live data from the transmission as you drive it and watch the voltage signals being sent to the solenoids.
