P0481&P0481 p/d error codes

I followed your response on a similar problem and when I start the engine with a/c on the fans run. I cleared the code and it has returned. What do you recommend that I do next. Thank you for your help.

the fans are supposed to run with a/c on. check for a shorted wire a bad relay

can I check the relay by swapping #1 and the #3? If so what should I be looking for? I also want to thank you for your help!

yes you can swap out relays with any like relay.
