P0480 Codes?

2013 Chrysler town and country , ac clutch not engaging due to p0480 I believe , low fan does not come on when turning ac on , I can command the compressor to engage and it does and I can command the low fan on but only the high fan comes on when I do. Unless I jump the low fan relay then the low fan comes on. 2.5 bar pressure running , resistor has been changed and have power to compressor and ohm reading on coil is good.

Sounds like may e the ac perssure switch mounted on the pump might be bad ..when working priperly yiu usually get your comand modes and fan back on ( not always guaranteed though) but you might want to check that first just for good measure giid luck hope this helps
