p0443 code

This truck does not have a canister purge valve that I can find.

This truck does not have one at this location. I have seen this diagram before and none of the vacuum hoses match. The truck has no pressure sensors in the gas tanks or a purge valve on the canister. The system looks like what ford calls a probe system but it has no purge valve on the charcoal canister. I replaced the vacuum control valve now the problem is intermittent, but I still get a p0443 code.

That truck lists that code on my online repair information and the top fix for the code is to replace the canister purge solenoid.

That is from the wiring diagram for your truck it is called a vapor management valve in the wiring diagram.

That is what i replaced the vapor management valve. Could i have a vacuum leak with this code? i cannot find a canister purge valve. Thank you

Yes, you might have a leak. I posted a couple more diagrams that will be helpful I would say the management valve would be the equivalent to the canister purge valve.

The diagrams are what i have. I am searching for leaks now. Thanks for the help. You confirmed that there is no separate vent purge on this truck. Thanks again.
