Shuts off while driving, P0381 code on a non diesel truck

I am getting OBD to sensor error code p0381. What does this mean? I've had lots of problems with his truck and keeps shutting off when I'm driving. What is my problem and why is it reading diesel codes on a non diesel truck?

Did you just purchase this truck or has this been happening for a while? Any repairs and then started happening? Was the PCM replaced?

One of two reasons. First the scan tool that you used is just giving erroneous codes and it is not effecting anything. Second, the PCM that was installed in this truck is programmed for a diesel. There are no logical explanations for this so there is more than likely more to the story.
