My Ford ranger 3.0L on some ( not all) cold mornings will start and imediately stall if I do not give it a little gas. After a short time, it will then come up to a high idle. Other wise if it does not stall it may idle at around 200 rpm. Once it has warmed up, it runs fine. Only started recently and has 113,000 miles. Changed mass air flow sensor but no change.
