P0340 code?

I replaced the crankshaft senor and cam sensor and timing belt still getting this code will not turn over. Plus new plugs and starter.

The P0340 trouble code indicates a problem with the Camshaft Position Sensor Circuit. So, I would test the connections back to the PCM, here is a guide to help and the PCM wiring diagrams so well, there should be 0 ohms at each connection with open connections to ground. Test the sensor and PCM disconnected.
