Code :P0306,EPC. Check engine light on

Check engine light is on and the spark plug in sixth cylinder is wet. when EPC faults appeare and Engine is fluctiating. Code: P0306.

I would first check the compression on that cylinder to make sure the problem is not mechanical. If compression is good, I would suspect a problem with the plug or bad coil.
