My car is having issues accelerating throwing a random misfire code. The coil packs and module have been replaced, the fuel pressure regulator, the spark plugs and wires. I am at a loss for why it still throws the misfire code.

So is the miss fire only under load? Or at idle?

It misfires while driving and idling.

Do you have a scan tool that shows live miss fire data like which cylinder is missing? Does it feel like there is a cylinder not firing at all?

I have a scan tool, but it gives the random misfire code. It does not give a cylinder number.

The more advanced scan tool will show you which cylinders are miss firing. At least on the GM cars. Does it feel like a cylinder is not firing at all?

No, it feels very intermittent. Not like one cylinder is not firing.

I took it to a repair shop and they could not deduce why it was misfiring.

Could they tell you which cylinders were miss firing? the scan I have shows current miss fire count and the history of each cylinder miss fire counts. That would tell which cylinders were missing so you could swap parts from cylinder to cylinder to see if the miss fire moves .
