So the first code will cause the second code. The first thing to do is check the power and the signal from the PCM. This guide can help to confirm the problem:

Changes are the fuel injector itself is bad but the guide will tell us for sure. Since it is a circuit open code it could be the wiring as well, here is a guide to help you test it and the injector wiring diagrams to show you which wires to test.

The brn/wht wire should have 12 volts when the key is on. The brn/drblu wire is the trigger side which grounds. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.
