Codes p0171 and p0174

Hello,

I am stumped and frustrated. My vehicle has both codes (P0171 and P0174) and it runs rough cold and smooth out a bit warm. I have changed the mass air flow sensor, plugs wires air filter. I cannot find a vacuum leak at this point, I had a shop try to correct problem they did a smoke test and found a couple vacuum lines to replace.

normally this code goes along with low fuel pressure have it checked. if you cannot if in US autoparts rent gauge not sure if you need an adapter though.
