P0128 error

Receiving P0128 error code for check engoine light but there are no issues with the vehicle running, coolant, fan, or temperature issues. Any ideas? And how easy is this to fix on my 2004 Ascender?

That means the engine isn't heating to the correct temperature and probably needs a new thermostat.
