Okay, this is for the TPS sensor voltage too low.

I attached the flow chart for you to follow to determine the failure.

What does that mean a short in a wire or bad sensor?

A short is 2 wires touching together that should not be touching.

A bad sensor is one of the sensors not registering correctly due to an internal failure.

The reading is not correct. That's why you need to follow the flow chart.
