Code P0118, where is the ECT sensor located?

Where would my ECT sensor be located on my truck listed above?

Hi,

The coolant temperature sensor is under the intake manifold. I have no idea the rationale for putting it there, but that's where they put it. See pic below.

As far as the code is concerned, it indicates a circuit high issue. Basically, the sensor is sending a signal to the PCM indicating it is 50 below 0. It could be the sensor, a wiring issue at the connector, a short to voltage, or the connector is not connected.

Is the vehicle running or running poorly? Any dark smoke from the exhaust or a drop in fuel mileage?
