p0113 purchased a IAT sensor?

purchased a IAT sensor for this car and cant find anything that looks like it(round brass with threads with 2 pin round plastic plug on end oppisite of threads) car is single throttle body ,police interceptor OBD 2 is reading minus 40 degrees f

It should be in the air intake tube between the air filter housing and the throttle body.
