Engine light is on, we have replaced HPFP, fuel rail, and sensor and still light is coming on. We have access to a scanner tool and fuel pressure in the rail during live data is fine and above 3.5 bars. But still light come back again.

Hi,

First, this vehicle isn't offered in the US, so my technical information is extremely limited. However, I will try my best to help.

As far as the code, a P0087 is a general OBD2 diagnostic trouble code. It indicates a fault within the fuel delivery system. For this code to set, the ECM is being signaled from the fuel pressure sensor that the pressure is too low.

So, since you have replaced the sensor, pump, and so on, have you checked the wiring at the sensor itself for corrosion, a loose connector, or damaged wiring? Also, on the opposite end, the ECM, have you checked the connection for the same possible issues?

One last question. Have you confirmed fuel pressure is within specification?

Let me know.
