P1612 incorrect coding?

I have the vehicle listed above and i have p1612 code. Incorrect coding. I have the VAG-COM and VCDS but i don't know how to use it to fix this problem. Also, I have something strange, when I turn on the ignition the interior light and the trunk stop working when the ignition is off everything working.
