P1612 incorrect coding?

I have the vehicle listed above and I have p1612 code. Incorrect coding. I have the VAG-COM and VCDS but I don't know how to use it to fix this problem. Also, I have something strange, when I turn on the ignition the interior light and the trunk stop working when the ignition is off everything working.

The P1612 code generally indicates an issue with the vehicle's immobilizer system, which may involve incorrect coding that could be affecting other electronic components in your vehicle.
