Where are the oxygen sensors? the one under the hood and the one near the tailpipe?

There is one in the exhaust manifold under the hood and another just behind the catalytic converter.
What is the issue you are having? Be advised replacing the sensors does not usually solve a problem unless the sensor actually tests faulty. Most issues with O2 sensors turn out to be wiring or other engine fault.
