I am attaching the info below on this as requested. Here are a couple guides in case you or others need them in the future:

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-test-an-oxygen-sensor-02-sensor

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/how-to-replace-an-oxygen-sensor

Not only are the torque specs attached below but the resistance values for testing them and the part numbers.

Please let us know if you need other info. Thanks

Thanks

Thank you very much for all the info you supplied. I'm having a major dilemma removing the downstream oxygen sensor. After repeated attempts to remove it with an oxygen sensor tool/wrench, it became totally rounded off and is extremely seized as well. Attached are pictures of its current condition. Can you recommend any strategy or method to successfully remove the O2 sensor?

Thank you!

Cheers!

Yep. That is pretty common. At this point you need a large set of vice grips on as tight as you can get them then a torch to heat that nut to a cherry red and put the vice grips on and it will break loose.

Basically there is rust and corrosion in the threads so you need to expand that connection with heat and that will break that rust loose enough to loosen it.

Then when going back together, make sure you use a good amount of anti-seize gel on the threads so this doesn't happen next time.

Let me know if you need other ideas and I am sure we can come up with something but heat at this point is a sure bet.
