There is a problem in oxygen sensor check light is on. The sensor is in five wire how should I check it with volt meter? In YouTube they shows four wires check with two black wires, but I have five wires and only one black is in it. How I check? Is it working correct or not and what reading it will give on oms eight correct or fault?

That sounds like a narrow band type O2 sensor, not really able to test that with a volt/ohm meter. You really need to use a scan tool to watch the actual data the sensor is sending to the PCM. That is because of the way the sensor works and how the PCM converts the data for its use.
