My car overheats after a long drive in the heat with the A/C on. After driving for awhile in the heat the car’s temperature starts to go up. Once the A/C is turned off it stops increasing and returns to normal. Even if I wait a bit and turn it back on it still overheats. What would the issue be? Both the coolant reservoir and the radiator are filled with coolant. I believe there is one fan. And such fan does spin. Note: A/C can work in extreme heat for awhile and works perfectly fine in not so extreme heat. It’s the long drive that causes it to overheat. Even during overheating the A/C blows cold air.
