The car sat for 4 years but was thoroughly maintained previously. It had a crack in the top of the plastic radiator and the previous owner decided to just buy a new car. I replaced the radiator and battery but it still overheated. I then changed the thermostat, still overheated. Finally changed the water pump (which I noticed was leaking from the little drain hole in it) but it is still overheating. The fans are working, the motor runs great, no oil in coolant or vice versa, no smoking, no check engine lights (the was one on until I changed water pump). What am I missing?

Also forgot to mention, the thermostat is a lower temp thermostat and I changed the radiator cap from a 10lb to a 16lb.

Have the system pressure checked for an internal leak like head gasket there is also a chemical test you can add to coolant to check that way. It may still not have any oil in coolant or vice versa and still be a head gasket.
