Radiator fan only works when temperature sensor unplugged.

First, I have to tell you this vehicle is not offered in the US. As a result, I have little to no technical information related to it. However, I will try to help.

The first thing I would suggest is to locate the relay / fuse box. Most times they are located under the hood of the vehicle and the cover indicates the purpose of the components in the box. Once you do that, locate the fan relays. Next, remove it or them and test the relays. Here is a link that explains how to test a relay:
