Overheating and brake light and battery light

My brake light and battery light is on and my heat or air works. now it is hard to turn the wheel and gets hot like overheating.

Sounds like the generator, air conditioning compressor, water pump, and power steering pump are all not working. They use different drive belts, but they have the drive pulley in common. That is a two-piece harmonic balancer on the front of the engine. The pulley is the outer cast iron ring that is bonded to the center hub. Sometime that bond lets go, then the pulley slips. Watch that pulley and the belts while the engine is running. If they are not running fast enough, replace the harmonic balancer. Auto parts stores have books that list them for almost all engines.
