Here are a few Things that can cuase it to over heat

1 low on coolent
2 worn out radiator cap
3 leaking somwhere
Stuck thermostat
Weak coolent pump
Blown head gasket 4 cracked cylinder head or block
5 Vacuum leaks
Burnt / bent valves
6 Intake leaking or cracked cuasing a lean condition
7 clogged cat or exhuast heat build up cant escape
8 Bad/cracked /clogged radiator
It goes
On and on "

As for the vibration when braking that can aslo be a bunch of thing like
Problems in the abs system
Warped rotors
Heat checking
Sticking calipers
Bent wheel
Out of balance
Worn tire/tires
Broken worn out suspention or steering parts
On and on
Probably its best to take it somwhere where they have a lift to get it up where you can really inspect it good
Hope this helps good luck

I think its best if you let them fix it becuase this is serious youl loose you engine if you try to drive it in this state of dis repair These are all codes that indicate that there was an extream situation where the engine got super hot ...do not drive this car till this problem is resolved ..at this point it wouldnt hurt to erase all the code and reset the ecu and see if they come back ..either way you shouldn't drive or run this vehicle till this is figured out ..in this case you might be better off if you give it to a shop to figure out good luck

thank you so much for your input , but do you think a thermostat or fuse can also lead to overheating of the car. cause yesterday i checked the fuse and the red ones were like that. and the car only overheat after a long drive, and the coolant boils until that coolant container becomes empty
