Overheating I changed the radiator, the engine coolant sensor?

My truck is a 2011 Chevy silveradol1500 5.3 LT is overheating. I changed the radiator, the engine coolant sensor, the thermostat, and the ambient sensor, the cap and its idleing pretty high It overheats more when not driving.

When the engine is running hot can you hear the clutch fan kick on? If not, then this is the problem. Here is a guide to help you as well, please go over it:
