This is normally caused by one of two things. First it could be a head gasket issue, so we need to start with checking the head gasket using the chemical test shown in this guide.

If the vehicle is still overheating, then there could be an air pocket, but it is less likely if all these components have been replaced to address this issue. However, if this issue started after all these parts have been replaced then we need to bleed the system by lifting the corner of the vehicle that is closest to the radiator cap so that the air will work its way to the highest point.

Basically, we need to start back at the beginning with this one because I suspect we have missed something so the next thing to check is if the fan is spinning on high when the engine is getting hot.
If not, then we most likely have an issue with the fan clutch.
