Overheating replaced the fan motor and relay?

Yep, I would swap out the radiator, it sounds like it has blockage either internally or externally. This guide can help:

But when driving it doesn’t overheat. what happens is when it gets hot the fan kicks on then right after it shuts off before it cools down.

So when it gets hot the radiator fan kicks in and then it cools down?

When the temperature gets hot the fan kicks on but doesn’t stay on long enough to cool car down pretty much it kicks on for a little bit then cuts right off and car will over heat if I’m stopped but if I’m driving it doesn’t overheat I’ve replaced the fan itself and everything with it relay switch and everything else I named them the last thing I replaced was the temperature sensor thinking that was it but it still does it.

Okay, I got it, since you replaced the major players in the system the only thing left is the PCM. You can get a preprogrammed unit by searching Google or Ebay which should fix the problem. The only other thing I can think of is that the engine was a cracked block. Did you do the chemical test?

I replaced the head gasket everything was good with that.
