Overheating

New water pump, new thermostat, new used engine bled the system still over heating fan is coming on. Is both fans soppose to come on water seems to flow back in the resvoir, but its not hot just temp gauge keeps going up, o yeah replaced coolant sensor too

Both fans should come on when A/C is on when engine hot disconnect fans and check radiator for cold spots. Then rent a pressure checker from auto parts and pressure check for internal leak like a head gasket. You can also purchase chemical to add to radiator for same thing either are good.

Then it is normal for only one fan until it gets hot then other fan kicks in. Check all of your fan relays in under hood fuse box. See picture there are five check all of them two may be fuses.
