Fifteen minutes after starting the engine starts to overheat?

The coolant reservoir is full. The thermostat is new.

When the engine is overheating can you hear the cooling fans come on? If not, this is your problem. I would check the fuse #12 in the fuse panel under the hood for the cooling fans first.
